Ubisoft officially revealed Assassin’s Creed III today, thus confirming the wide speculation that the new installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise is already in development.  It gets even better to, as they’ve already released their target date: October 30th of this year.

“We will push the title a lot because it’s a fantastic product that the team has been working for three years,” said Ubisoft Chief Executive Officer Yves Guillemot. “What we have seen is just fabulous.”

Ubisoft also revealed that it is seeing solid sales for Assassin’s Creed Revelations, coming in at close to 7 million sell-in units, which slightly exceeded forecasts.

Yves Guillemot further stated “Our unique positioning as a creator of brands for both core and casual gamers enabled us to capture new market share in the console games segment in 2011 while significantly growing our online business. In fiscal 2012-13, we will start to capitalize on the large-scale investments we have undertaken more than three years ago, with the ramp-up of our offering for core gamers and notably a strong comeback into the major segment of shooter games. We also expect to see sustained growth in our online and digital revenue during the year. In the longer term we have solid opportunities for continued growth and profitability thanks to the arrival of the new generation of consoles and our plans to extend to all our titles the benefits and economic models of online games.”

Assassin’s Creed III Release Date is October 30th, 2012.

Fan favorite (lol) Bobby Kotick revealed today (alongside Call of Duty franchise plans) that Activision Blizzard is aiming for a Q2 launch for Diablo 3.

Furthermore they also revealed a global press event in March regarding World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, and the desire to take a more active role in 2012 in eSports regarding StarCraft II.

This year celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Ace Attorney Series, and to celebrate Capcom officially announced the newest addition to the series, Ace Attorney 5.  All they released so far is the logo above, but no other details including which platform it will be on or what characters will be in it have been announced.

Alongside this announcement was news that the first three Ace Attorney games will be released on the iOS this year in full HD.  If you haven’t had a chance to play them yet, I’d definitely recommend doing so on your iPhone or iPad when the chance arrives.

Lastly, Capcom released a few more details about Professor Layton Vs. Ace Attorney planned to hit the 3DS later this year.

Not bad for a 10th anniversary!

We have taken great pains to bring to you the most informative and up-to-date guide we could. Below is a full walkthrough of what you’ll need to do to get from 1-10, followed by a list breakdown, in order of leveling, for your reference.

Class specific quests are designated with a (BH) after them. Bonus quests are marked in red. Group Quests are marked in green.

Speech options that gain you Light side points are designated with (LS+)
Speech options that gain you Dark side points are designated with (DS+)

Remember to use your map if you have trouble locating any objectives – it will provide a much clearer location than any written description could.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Leveling Guide 1-10 (Hutta)

Starting out, you’ll disembark from your ship and head over to the Poison Pit. After the cutscene, you’ll receive Gauntlet (BH). The idea is to make a name for yourself, on Hutta, by finding and killing a local mark by the name of Vexx. Before leaving the Poison Pit, be sure to talk to Lew Brell and the droid opposite him to pick up Gang Warfare and Deathmark: Fa’athra’s Gang.

Upon leaving the Poison Pit, you’ll find that Hutta is in shambles. Kill 6 of Fa’athra’s gangsters to complete Deathmark: Fa’athra’s Gang and head over to the gang hideout nearby. There you will find Rex Geer, the man in charge of Nem’ro’s street thugs, and Lew Brell’s brother. After talking to Rex, you can decide whether to let Lew’s brother go (LS+) or get paid off by Rex (DS+). Either option gives you the same reward, so don’t worry about it too much.

Head outside and locate Vexx’s Safehouse. Once there, kill 3 of the Hired Thugs to complete Bonus: Clear out Vexx’s Safehouse. Continue on to the back of the house, where you will retrieve a small data pad on a desk. Head back to the Poison Pit for quest turn-ins. On your way back in, be sure to talk to Lew Brell to complete Gang Warfare.

After giving the datapad to Mako, you will be told Vexx’s whereabouts and be given the quest Last Flight (BH) to take down Vexx. While leaving the Poison Pit, speak with Gianna for the quest Dreams of Korriban and the man, in the chair nearby, for Tools of the Trade (BH). Head over to the marketplace south of you and turn in the quest Tools of the Trade (BH). Be sure to train your new skills while there and to return every level or when nearby for more skills.

Now, head over to the Jiguuna Spaceport to speak with Mekks. During the conversation with him, you can choose to let him go and lie to Gianna (LS+) or kill Mekks and tell the boy to go home (DS+). Once that is completed, head to the hangar, marked on your map, to confront Vexx.

Upon entering the hangar, you will find that Vexx is heavily guarded. Kill 15 of Vexx’s crew to complete Bonus: Sending a message. Continue on to the back of the hangar where you will meet and banter with Vexx. Kill him and return to the Poison Pit.

Turn in Dreams of Korriban and head to the back of the building. When you arrive, you will find that your friends are dead. Mako won’t take this lightly, but she will be able to discover who killed them. She will give the quest Big Chief (BH) to meet with Nem’ro, but before you can, you’ll have to do a little dirty work.

Poker fans today are lucky in that they have plenty of options, whether playing online after reading

reviews and finding a great poker site at Casinotoplists or enjoying a
game like World Championship Poker on their console system. In many cases the options go
hand in hand as well, with console games offering the chance to scratch that poker itch even
when you can’t be online or don’t want to sit at your laptop or desktop.

World Championship Poker offers a standard two-track gameplay, with a single player option
for offline play versus computer opponents as well as an online option where you can log in and
take a seat across from opponents from around the world. Players start each game by creating
a customer avatar they use while playing, which includes the standard option of picking clothing
and other accessories as well as different facial expressions and other features.

The offline options are very standard and — to be honest — not that challenging or engaging
once you learn the basic ropes. The biggest shortcoming is that there’s no real goal or anything
to play for; while you can unlock more tournaments to play in that’s about it, which ceases to be
much of a motivation to keep playing after a certain point, especially given that your computer
opponents aren’t the most challenging in the world.

The online gameplay is a lot more engaging, and very similar to what you’ll find at online
sites that offer poker and blackjack games. You can log on and join a game versus other real live humans
from around the world, giving you the option to set up a game with friends or family or instead
test your poker skills against a complete stranger, just as if you were taking a seat at the WSOP in Las Vegas.

Hey everyone, this is a Protoss build oriented towards Zerg which focuses on using sentries (their force field, really) with a mix of zealots and stalkers if need be to harass/push your Zerg opponent. This build is not an all in and actually sets you up with an expansion before you push out.  Build order etc. below, but here’s the gameplay video:

17 – Cybernetics Core
18 – Assimilator (2)
20 – Zealot
@100% Cybernetics Core – Sentry / Warpgate Research (Chronoboost your Warpgate Research)

30 – Gateway
32 – Pylon at expansion
34 – Nexus

You should start by pushing out with around six or seven sentries and a couple of zealots.

OTHER NOTES:
Be sure to scout. A great thing to do against zerg with this build is stick your probe at their Hatchery build location at their expansion, like I did in this video. When they go to build there, drop a pylon. Some recommend cancelling the pylon before it finishes to save the minerals but I recommend letting in finish. This forces your opponent to build some zerglings to get the pylon down fast, which are easy kills for you once you make your push.

The key to this build is being good with your force fields. I was admittedly somewhat bad with it, but good enough to get the win. Once you get your micro and force fielding down this build is nearly unstoppable against zerg.

Once you move out get a proxy pylon up so you can warp in units appropriately as needed…if you’re up against mass roaches, bring in some stalkers. If you’re up against lings make some more zealots. It’s always nice to have at least 5-6+ sentries so you can force field seperate your opponent’s army.
