Battlefront doesn’t have classes, but that doesn’t mean you can’t create one from scratch.
How to Create a Sniper Class
The perfect Sniper Class consists of:
- Weapon – T-21B
- Star Card – Jump Pack
- Trait – Sharpshooter
- Ability #1 – Explosive Shot
- Ability #2 – Cycler Rifle
The T-21B has a huge range and the Jump Pack can help you reach high elevated positions so you have the perfect vantage point. Explosive Shot will make your blows hurt like a SOB, the Cycler Rifle is basically a one-use sniper weapon – don’t worry, it has a cooldown; and the SharpShooter Trait will reduce your Star Card cooldowns once you land a headshot.
How to Create a Vehicle-Destroyer Class
This is super important to Rebels as they are, somehow, always fighting AT-STs. The perfect Vehicle-Destroyer Class consists of:
- Weapon – SE-14C
- Star Card – Cooling Cell
- Trait – Scout
- Ability #1 – Thermal Detonator
- Ability #2 – Ion Torpedo
The SE-14C is best used for short range and it comes quite in handy wiping off foot soldiers so you get in range, and pairing it with the Ion Torpedo gives you the much needed edge – it’s an anti-vehicle weapon.
The Thermal Detonator outputs pretty decent AOE damage, and the Cooling Cell will reduce the cooldowns on your other abilities.
The Scout Trait will keep you off your enemy’s radar if levelled up enough in that particular match.
How to Create an Assault Class
The Assault Class consists of:
- Weapon – EE-11, or EE-3
- Star Card – Scan Pulse
- Trait – Scout
- Ability #1 – Homing Shot
- Ability #2 – Pulse Canon
Sometimes you just want to be that guy, or girl, that dominates the leaderboards and ranks up kills. The EE-11, or EE-3 are the best weapons to do so, and if you get Scan Pulse you’ll know your enemy’s location. It doesn’t have a huge range, though.
The Scout Trait will mask you from your enemy’s radar, and the Homing Shot and Pulse Canon will make you a terrific warrior.
How to Create a Short Range Bruiser Class
The Short Range Bruiser Class consists of:
- Weapon – DL-44, CA-87, SE-14C or DH-17
- Star Card – Scan Pulse
- Trait – Scout or Survivalist
- Ability #1 – Impact Grenade
- Ability #2 – Flash Grenade, or Smoke Grenade
Those 4 weapons are best used in short range situations – the DL-44 and the SE-14C are my favourites as they can output a ton of damage and I just like how they go pew-pew.
The grenades are there for causing mayhem and flushing your enemies out of a well-fortified position, and the two Traits – Scout and Survivalist; prove to most efficient in Blast and other small maps.
Survivalist provides a quicker health regen.
