Sony Online Entertainment shuts down 4 MMOs
Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) announced today they will be shutting down the servers for four of their titles: EverQuest Online Adventures for PS2, Cosmic Rift, Infantry, and Star Chamber: The Harbinger Saga. Actual closure of the servers will be on March 29th, 2012 and all billing will be terminated as of today. SOE says they have no plan to allow the games to be licenses out for emulation. A while back Amazon France placed a very barely detailed listing for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 but no one took it seriously.
